My responsibility currently includes:
Research:
• Lead the team in research & identification of the user and business needs with the aim to design innovative UX/UI proposals & experiences
• Collaboration and active participation in early innovation design processes
Motivate:
• Maintain co-ownership of the product vision, and roadmap, and improve the product development process
• Ability to clarify success metrics and tie efforts toward delivering business value
• Help build a strong design and learner-mindset culture by sharing teams’ experiences, being an evangelist for human-centric approaches in the broader organization
• Educating & passing knowledge to coworkers on design thinking and its best practices
Organize/Collaborate:
• Guide team when defining processes and approaches for tackling design or research problems
• Key impact in driving UX/UI design strategy and influencing the product roadmap, collaborating closely with different teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing, design)
• Ensure that the projects are delivered on time
Build:
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks, working on a framework for judging the success or failure of the product
• Demonstrate high-quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design
• Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects
• Ensuring the brand visual aspect is following brand values and guidelines
